REALTIME BAND CONDITIONS WEB SITE :
The purpose of this experimental Web site is to provide 24-7-365 actual
(REALTIME) band condition information to CW QRPp, QRPe and CW/SSB for
Contesters interested in increasing their scores. It can also be of
benefit to other Radio Amateurs to determine band conditions for Nets
and casual QSO's. This information is NOT based on any software pre-
dictions or any kind of satellite based readings. It is based on a
new Ionospheric sounding method called "HF Ionospheric Interferometry"
which operates very similarly to the PolSAR system used by NASA.

XU7, CAMBODIA (PRESS RELEASE #3) [edited]. MORE ROOM TO JOIN THE XU7MDC -
- The XU7MDC international Team is working very hard in these weeks to
build, a very professional Dxpedition. They are testing many new items

matter of fact a little change in their local accommodation gives them
now possibly more room for another CW operator and one more SSB operator.
So if anybody would like to join them, they suggest to contact them as
soon as possible. Please contact the leader Antonio, IZ8CCW ,
and/or the co-leader, Gabriele, I2VGW . They will be on
the air from November 4-14th, 2016. They remind everyone that they plan,
as usual, to operate 24/24 hours with 5 stations from the beach with a
particular focus on the low bands and Digital modes. Antonio, IZ8CCW,
and Gabriele, I2VGW, will be sharing their new adventure with the other
18 members/operators from five countries. More details and information
can be found on their Web site at: http://www.mdxc.org/xu7mdc

ADDED NOTES (by Joe, OZ0J). [edited] In the 2016 IARU HF Championship
Contest, there will be some new callsigns:
    J77HQ code DARCI (operators K5KG, WI9WI/J79WI & W4IX/J79IX)
    J87HQ code SVGRS (operators KE1B & W6NN)
Z60A code SHRAK (operators OZ1IKY, OH2BH and a few more)

Regarding J87HQ the CORRECT code is SVGRAS, but some contest logging
programs cannot accept codes more than 5 letters. Remember to log
    SVGRS in the exchange file.

Z60A is operating from Kosovo and will participate for the first
    time ever.
