** EDITOR'S SPECIAL NOTICES: This week's bulletin was sent out earlier
than normal to accommodate the late ARRL International DX SSB Contest
announcements. Also, we wanted to provide the readers with a consolidated
listing of the ARRL DX SSB Contest participants.

ADDED NOTE: The reason for no bulletin this past Sunday is that your
editor lost power on Sunday morning around 10:00 am due to high winds
in my area. The power did not come back on until early evening on
Tuesday some 55 hours later. It was a rough few days (BRRRR!!). The
temperature dropped to 41 degrees (F) in the house on Monday, and my
wife and I had to stay at her mother's house. Tuesday we tried to warm
the house up with our fireplace, but the house was too cold. I was
glad to see the electricity come back on, but I had a lot of catching up
to do (E-mails, writing, adding subscribers, reseting clocks...etc),
so I decided to combine last week's and this week's bulletin together.
Thanks for understanding.... 73 de Tedd KB8NW
