3DA0, ESWATINI (Swaziland). The following stations are still active from
the Kingdom of Eswatini (Swaziland):
  3DA0RU -- Russian DXpedtion Team (RUDXT) continue to be active near
            Mbabane until October 22nd. Activity will be on 160-6 meters
            using CW, SSB, FT8 and QO-100 satellite, with multiple stations.
            Suggested FT8 frequencies: 1836, 3567, 5357, 7056, 10131,
            14095, 18095, 21095, 24911 and 28095 kHz. As of October 17th,
            0835z, 3DA0RU has made a total of 75684 QSOs with 21038 Unique
            callsigns. Breakdown by mode: 34987/CW, 8248/SSB and 32449/FT8.
            Breakdown by Continent (%): 0.7/AF, 14.1/AS, 65.3/EU, 18/NA,
            0.8/OC and 1.2/SA. QSL via R7AL (direct or by the Bureau),
            ClubLog's OQRS (preferable) or LoTW. For more details and

  3DA0WW -- Latvian RSF team continue to be active as 3DA0WW from eSwatini
            until October 26th. Activity will be on 160-10 meters using CW,
            SSB, RTTY and FT8 (F/H). For suggested frequencies, see:

            The team has had some power outages during their stay. QSL
            via YL2GN (direct) or ClubLog's OQRS (direct and by the
            Bureau). The log will be uploaded to LoTW six months after

            STATUS UPDATE [Oct.16th, 0800z]: Transmit antenna setup is
            finished. This morning the infamous dog escaped his fencing
            and collapsed one Spiderbeam. It will be repaired. As the
            setup is mostly finished team plans to be on the air more.
            Local LED lights are kept off to reduce the band noise.
            Beverage antenna is not yet installed. First 3368 QSOs were
            uploaded to ClubLog.
              The team is located in 2 different houses in some distance
            from each other. One sub-QTH has Spiderbeam (20-10m bands),
            vertical for 80m band, another vertical for 40m band. Other
            sub-QTH has Spiderbeam (20-10m bands), DX-Commander vertical
            (40m-10m bands), 18m Spiderpole based top-loaded vertical
            for 160-30m bands. Up to 4 transceivers are in use.

4U24, ITALY (Special Event). Members of the Global Service Centre ARC
(4U1GSC) are now active as 4U24OCT from Brindisi, Italy. Activity is to
mark "United Nations Day" (October 24th), which has been celebrated since
1948. The purpose of the UN Day event is to promote to people worldwide
the principles of humanity, unity, and world peace. Operations should be
on 160-10 meters. Remember, this operation only counts for Italy for DXCC.
QSL via 9A2AA or ClubLog.

7A, INDONESIA. A team of YB operators will be active as 7A2A from a contest
station in Central Java during the CQWW DX CW Contest (November 27-28th)
as a Multi-? entry. QSL via LoTW, direct, or via YB2DX.

7P, LESOTHO. By the time you read this, operators Bernie/ZS4TX and John/
ZS6JON may be QRT (Oct. 17th) as 7P8Z from Maseru (WW Loc. KG30tp),
Lesotho. Activity was to be on the QO-100 satellite. QSL via PA3CMC
or LoTW.

C5, THE GAMBIA (Reminder/Update). Operators Jan Francois/F4AHV (ex-6W7RV),
Gérard/F5NVF , Abdel/M0NPT (7X2TT) and Luc/F5RAV will be active as C5C
from Kololi (WW Loc. IK13PK), The Gambia, between October 24th and November
19th. Activity will be on 80-10 meters (depending of local situation & the
propagation) using CW, SSB, FT8/FT4 (NO F/H) and the QO-100 satellite if
possible. Suggested planned frequencies are:
  CW  - 3526, 7026, 10102, 14026, 18086, 21026, 24906 and 28023 kHz
  SSB - 3797*, 7197**, 14275***, 18120, 21275, 24955 and 28465 kHz
  FT8/FT4 - 3567, 7056, 10131, 14095, 18095, 21091, 24911 and 28081 kHz
    They will listen up on all CW frequencies.

The team is also planning to be active in CQWW DX SSB Contest (October

CQ9, MADEIRA ISLANDS. Members of the CT3 Team will be active as CQ9T from
Funchal during the CQWW DX SSB Contest (October 30-31st) as a Multi-Single/
High-Power entry. QSL via LoTW or by the Bureau. Operators mentioned are
Duarte/CT3HF, Ricardo/CT3KN, Xavier/CS9ABC and Nicola/CS9ABE.

DL0, GERMANY (Special Event). Members of the DARC local association
"Wolfsburg (H24)" and possibly others will be active as DR0OEBIS (special
DOK 150LOE) to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the railway station
Oebisfelde until the end of 2021. Activity will be on various HF bands
and satellite using CW, SSB, RTTY and the Digital modes. QSL via the
Bureau.

DL35, GERMANY (Special Event). To commemorate the 35th anniversary of the
European DX Foundation (EUDXF), look for DL35EUDXF to be active between
November 2021 and October 2022. There will be other special event stations
with *35EUDXF callsigns and an award will be available. Details about this
will be documented on the DARC website soon.

FM/TO7, MARTINIQUE (Reminder/Update). Miguel, EA1BP, will be active as
FM/EA1BP from Martinique (NA-107) between October 27th and November 5th.
Activity will be holiday style on various bands using CW and SSB (NO
Digital). He will also be active as TO7O during the CQWW DX SSB Contest
(October 30-31st) as Single-Op/All-Band/Low-Power/Assisted entry. QSL via

GB60, SCOTLAND (Special Event). Gavin, GM0GAV (ex-VP8GAV), will activate
the special callsign GB60ANT (WAP-337) during the month of December to
celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Antarctic Treaty Signature. QSL

HD8, GALAPAGOS ISLANDS (Reminder/Update). Members of the Tifariti Gang/DX
Friends will be active as HD8R from Galapagos Islands (SA-004) between
October 26th and November 7th. It was reported this past week that Raul,
EA5KA, had to cancel his participation in the HD8R Galapagos DXpedition
and that Gérard, F2JD, would replace him. Operators currently mentioned
are Toni/EA5RM (Team Leader), Alberto/EA1SA, Gen/EA5EL, Javier/EA5KM,
Manuel/EA7R, Jose Ramón/EA7X, Gérard/F2JD, Flo/F5CWU, Jean Jacques/F5NKX,
Tony/F8ATS, Fausto/HC5VF, Faber/HK6F, Simone/IK5RUN and Fabrizio/IN3ZNR.
The pilot station will be Tony, EC7ZK. Activity will be on 160-6 meters,
including 60m, using CW, SSB, the Digital modes and low orbit satellites
 with at least 4 stations that include Spiderbeams, verticals, Inverted
"Ls" and beverages. Suggested frequencies were listed in OPDX.1533. They
will also be in the CQWW DX SSB Contest (October 30-31st) possibly as a
Multi-2 or Multi-Multi entry. QSL via EA5RM. Minimum requirements are:
Self Addressed Envelope (SAE) and 3 USDs for up to 15 QSOs or 3 QSL cards
(20 grams letter), 4 USDs are needed for more than 15 QSOs or 3 QSL cards.

QSO data by E-mail to their QSL Manager (ea5rm@arrl.net) including your

INDEXA NEWS (Press Release, dated October 12th)[INDEXA changing mailing
address][edited]. After many years of devoted service to INDEXA and the
DX community, Dick Williams, W3OA, is retiring as our Secretary/Treasurer.
Dick will continue his service as one of our Directors. Our newly elected
Secretary/Treasurer is Hal Turley, W8HC. As such, INDEXA is transitioning
our mailing address to Hal in Saint Albans, West Virginia. Any mail sent
to Dick at the Mooresville, NC, address will be transferred over to Hal
during this transition.

  AS-200.  Take, JI3DST, will once again be active as JI3DST/5 (mainly
           for DX and 6m Multi-Hop), JR8YLY/5 (mainly for JA, JR8YLY/P
           for FT8) from Shodo Island (Shikoku's Coastal Islands) between
           0700z, October 20th, and 0000z, November 4th. Operation may
           vary due to heavy rain or other conditions. Activity will be
           on 40/30/20/17/15/12/10/6 meters using CW, SSB and FT8 (possibly
           FM/RTTY). QSL JI3DST/5 via ClubLog's OQRS (direct or by the
           Bureau). QSL JR8YLY/5 via ClubLog (only Bureau). Please don't
           send QSL to SAPPORO 004-0041 Japan (QRZCOM QTH).

  EU-050.  Operators Luca/IK5AEQ and Franco/IZ5IUY will once again be
           active as IL7/IK5AEQ and IL7/IZ5IUY, respectively from Ettore,
           IL7/IK7DIJ, QTH on San Domino Island between October 20-24th.
           Activity will be on 80-2 meters using SSB and FT8/FT4. QSL
           via their home callsign, by the Bureau, LoTW or ClubLog.

  NA-067.  Mike, W7LG, will be active as W7LG/4 from Hatteras Island
           between October 24-29th. Activity will be holiday style on
           80/40/20 meters using CW and SSB. It is suggested to look
           for him between 1600-2100z and 0000-0230z. QSL via W7LG,
           direct, eQSL or LoTW.

  NA-070.  Operators Yuri/N3QQ, Walt/N6XG, Rob/N7QT, Tim/NL8F and Hal/W8HC
           have rescheduled their aborted KL7RRC IOTA DXpedition to Kiska
           Island to take place between July 4-11th, 2022. QSL via N7RO.

  NA-096/  Kasimir, DL2SBY, will be active as HI7/DL2SBY from Punta Cana
  NA-122.  and Bayahibe (NA-096) between December 1-14th. Activity will
           be holiday style using TS480SAT, IC-705, Juma1000 and different
           dipoles including for 160m. Modes will be CW, FT8 and possibly
           some SSB when conditions are good enough. He will also try a
           one day operation during the second week from Saona Island
           (NA-122) signing as HI2/DL2SBY. QSL via his home callsign or
           ClubLog's OQRS. NO Bureau. Logs will be uploaded to LoTW
           after his return home.

  SA-092.  (PZ5G QRT) Markus/DJ4EL (PZ5GE) announced on October 16th,
           the following on Twitter: The flood made us QRT now. I am
           sorry. We were the first team to stay overnight and noticed
           that it is almost impossible to stay on Papegaaien while the
           water is high.

J5T & J5HKT DXPEDITION TO GUINEA BISSAU NEWS (Update). Members of the
Italian DX Team continue to be active from Bubaque Island (AF-020), Guinea
Bissau, as J5T (CW-SSB-RTTY) and J5HKT (FT8) until October 22nd. Activity
will be on 160-10 meters using CW, SSB, RTTY and FT8. QSL via I2YSB direct,

OX, GREENLAND. John, OZ1LXJ, is once again active as OX/OZ1LXJ from
Kangerlussuaq, Greenland (NA-018). His length of stay is unknown at this
time. Activity over the past few days have bee mainly on 160 meters using
CW. Watch between 1930-2300z. QSL via his home callsign.

P4, ARUBA. John, W2GD, is expected once again to be active as P40W from
Aruba (SA-036) between November 22-30th. Activity will include the CQWW
DX CW Contest (November 27-28th) as a Single-Op/All-Band entries. Oper-
ations outside of the contest are "usually" on 160/80m and 30/17/12 meters
and the WARC bands as time permits with an emphasis on CW. Watch 160m on
the hour and 80m on the half hour. QSL via LoTW or direct to N2MM, Bureau
cards are no longer accepted. Logs will be loaded on LoTW upon his return
to the USA.

PA35-PI35, THE NETEHRLANDS (Special Event). To commemorate the 35th anni-
versary of the European DX Foundation (EUDXF), look for the following
stations to be using the special prefix callsign P*35EUDXF during the
month of November:

active as PJ4K from Bonaire (SA-006, WLOTA LH-1279) during the CQWW DX SSB
Contest (October 30-31st) as a Multi-2 entry. QSL via KU9C. Look for oper-
ators to be active outside of the contest using PJ4/homecalls as station
building continues. QSL via operator's instructions.

PJ6, SABA. Bart, PD1BAT, will be active as PJ6/PD1BAT from Windwardside,
Saba, between October 30th and November 5th. Activity will be mainly on
40 and 20 meters using FT8, but may try SSB. QSL via PD1BAT by the Bureau.

PJ7, SINT MAARTEN (Reminder). John, W5JON/V47JA, will be going to Sint
Maartrn Island (NA-247) this week between October 18-23rd, and be active
as PJ7JA. His radio equipment is a Yaesu FT-891, Elecraft KPA-500 Amp-
lifier and dipoles. Activity will be on 40-6 meters using SSB and FT8.
QSL PJ7JA via W5JON direct or via LoTW. NO Bureau QSLs.

  be your last chance. Apollo was in the Docheiariou Monastery, whose

TO6, GUADELOUPE.  Members of the Radio Club de Montceau Les Mines (F6KJS)
will be active as TO6S from Terre de Haut, Iles des Saintes (NA-114),
Guadeloupe, between January 20th and February 1st, 2022. Activity will
be on various HF bands. QSL via F6KJS. Look for more details and a Web
page to be forthcoming.

TZ, MALI. Ulmar, DK1CE, will once again be active as TZ1CE from the QTH
of Jeff, TZ4AM/K1MMB, in Bamako, Mali, between November 18th and December
8th (possibly longer). Activity will be on 160-10 meters (no 60m) using
CW, SSB and FT8 (No F/H). QSL via DK1CE, by the DARC Bureau or direct.
NO LoTW.

V4, ST. KITTS AND NEVIS. Chuck, KG9N, will be active as V4/KG9N from St.
Kitts (NA-104) between February 8th and March 1st, 2022. Activity will be
on all HF bands and modes. QSL via his home callsign, direct, by the
Bureau or LOTW.

VE2, CANADA (Zone 2). Operator Yuri, VE3DZ, will once again be active as
VE2IM from Sept-Iles, QC (Zone 2), during the CQWW DX SSB Contest (October
30-31st) as a Single-Op/All-Band/High-Power entry. Yuri states he will be
there between October 27-31st. Activity (usually) before and after the
contest will be on CW, SSB and RTTY, and all HF bands including the 30/17/12
meter bands. QSL via VE3DZ, direct or by the VE3DZ OQRS. He usually uploads
to the LoTW.

VP2M, MONTSERRAT. Marty, W1MD, and a team of operators will be active as
VP2MSS from Gingerbread Hill, Montserrat (NA-103), during the ARRL DX CW
Contest (February 19-20th, 2022) as Multi-Single entry. QSL via LoTW.

VP5, TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS. A few sources are reporting that Mario,
W4HBW, (formerly VP5VMA, I2HBW, 3A2NY), is back on Providenciales Island
(NA-002) and will be active as VP5MA until November. We have not seen
any QSNs yet, but usually activity is on 20/15 meters using FT8. QSLs
for VP5MA can only be direct or via ClubLog's OQRS.

VP9, BERMUDA. Jeff, N6GQ, will be active as VP9I from Ed/VP9GE's Hamilton
Parish QTH (NA-005, WLOTA 0201) during the ARRL Inter. DX CW Contest
(February 19-20th, 2022) as a Single-Op/All-Band/Low-Power entry. QSL
